Appointment Policy
As a courtesy to our customers We allow appointments to reserve a specific space and time.
Our staff works on commission if you fail to show for your appointment income is lost and they sit idle.
When making appointments, please have your name, a telephone number we can reach you at and the type of service you require ready. If your number changes it is your responsibility to notify Avalon.
Our desk staff will attempt to make Confirmation calls the day before your appointment. Confirmations are validated if we get a machine or leave a message with someone other than the client. Repeated failures to show up or cancel early will result in walk-ins only.
We realize there will be times when due to circumstances beyond your control, You may be late for an appointment. In such cases it may be necessary to change the allotted time with no fee adjustment. Arriving late for any service may require us to shorten the length of the service, change the technician or reschedule for another day and time.
*As a courtesy to us Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your service date and time or a 50% charge will be applied to your Visa/MasterCard or your Gift Certificate will be debited prior to rescheduling.
*No show appointments will be charged at 100% service price, on the day of the scheduled appointment. and will be invoiced by U.S. mail. All future appointments will be forfeited*
We suggest that you arrive ten minutes prior to your
appointment to enjoy the full benefits of your service.
You should not want to wear jewelry during your service; therefore, we suggest
that you arrange to care for all valuables prior to your visit with us. Avalon will not be held responsible for
damage or loss to jewelry
Abuse of this policy will result in walk-in status only.
We require a Visa/MasterCard or Gift Certificate to reserve Spa services and Gift Packages amounting to more than $100.
